Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Albert Sports Cards LLC dba Indy Card Exchange. The following terms outline our shipping procedures and policies.

Domestic Shipping

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During times of high order volume, processing may take a bit longer. If a significant delay occurs (e.g., for backorders or custom orders), we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow additional time for delivery in these cases.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Occasionally, delivery delays may occur.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship within the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Albert Sports Cards LLC dba Indy Card Exchange is not responsible for customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Refunds:

Once an order has shipped, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. For any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us directly. If you choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 5% restocking fee will apply.
